Report a translation problem
Were any of the houses built? Unless there's a random event that allows a passing family to settle there you might have to forget about that area.
I took over a territory and there were a lot of dead bodies from the battle. The first thing I built was a corpse pit to deal with them but the bodies caused approval to tank immediately. Before the month was over all the villagers had left.
My suggestion on this issue would be to allow a second instance of the settlers camp if the population has reached zero.
