Firewood Distribution needs fixing
So Firewood distribution has a problem, it does not scale well and fails to reach 100% the moment you go up to like 30 families or more.
Right now I am sitting at 3k firewood in stock, 3 firewood collectors, 3 dully upgraded storage houses full of people one of them dedicated to firewood only, and my firewood only ever reaches around 80 coverage as it is always missing from the market which has like 15 firewood stal that are constantly empty as people pick wood faster then it ever can get delivered, and sorry but ration of 1 firewood person per 4 vilagers is not OK to still not be enough.
BTW same happens with food around 50 families in town despite 2 granaries.

You can see this problem even with like 15 houses. I built a small town to test. made everything super close to cut out travel time. Storehouse upgraded with 3 families, one is selling firewood. one firewood splitter producing. 400 units in storehouse, market across the street, 15 MAX out of the 50 is what i have ever seen in there, all workers in the storehouse stand around "waiting" why for what, full the F'en market to 50 lol all the houses are tightly packed by the stall and yet 80% coverage because they wont fill the damn market to capacity. if you open up a 2nd stall, they just basically split the 15 between two and its the same issue.
Im convinced there is a bug. I have tried a few times and only under 30 houses, the food stalls will fill up but clothing and fuel are always empty while the storehouse workers are "waiting" you can see them all standing at the storehouse with a cart, then return home etc while there is plenty of space in the stall and plenty of firewood sitting idle "waiting" to be moved.

Try putting everything close together it helps

I think it is due to the fact that each house seems to go to market at set intervals every month, or when the family initially moves in. So if they somehow miss a month (stall empty, or militia raised and thus unable to go to market) then they will be under supplied for the whole month,

Do you have a worker at your storage area?

If workers are "waiting" then something you've done is incorrect. The only "legit" waiting time is between Harvest and Sowing. If harvest+plow is completed in Oct, they won't sow until Sept and they'll wait. Everything else will keep moving as long as you've got things set up right. I have 400-500 firewood and I put a few more workers on at winter time. 275 population. No issues. Spread markets out and have granaries and storehouses very close to the markets. It's handy to leave small gaps or make use of small gaps to drop 2-3 stall spaces down around town. 3k firewood for 30 families is crazy. I have 78 families and stock around 500 firewood on average lol. Everyone does fine.

I transfer them out of the wood cutting place or the logging place once they have a little stock build up then I make the storage areas markets and I build the houses around the market
a couple of fixes I've found. adding a new smaller market near the affected houses, then moving one of the firewood stalls nearer and or the fire cart too. Seems to have fixed it.

They are nto waiting, they are bringing firewood to the market 1 unit at a time and my vilage consumes faster then thius transfer happens.

it seems to be a problem wiuht how fast are the stalls supplied, they are only suplied with 1 unit of firewood per work/task cyckle while hauses con sume faster. Stalls shoudl do a full stack of stall per work/task cyckle.
