How to start build in the new region?

Hi guys please help me find out how can i start to build there? I claimed new region and there is 00000 resources, i can`t barter a timber, but i need timber in order to build something there

I came here to ask the same question, so following for the answer.

Construction -> Administration -> Settler's Camp.

It costs 250 gold, and lets you place a starting camp in your new region (you get 5 families and starting resources, just like you had at the start of your first region).

I have like 1k+ of wealth and 700 gold of wealth in that region, but for settlers camp it says to me "not enough goods" while asking for 250 money only. Is this some sort of a bug?

You need 250 on your personal wealth (top-right), that comes from taxation with a Manor
