Disable Artisan Buildings?
Can artisan buildings be disabled? I have enough weapons for my army and want to conserve planks for building, and take families off of producing iron, can I disable the blacksmith burgage?

Yes, after selecting it, each Artisan build has a "pause" button at the top right .

There’s a pause button in the upper right of the building’s menu I think.

But you still won’t be able to reclaim the labor.

how can you upgrade them to level 3? i meet the requirements it lists but never lets me

I found a windmill and granary that says disabled after i claimed a territory
