Polearms: Fantastic early game to create pole arm militias and defend against basic brigand attacks. Any point after that though they are just taking up limited militia space
-spearmen: good for mid game and for defense. They are the epitome of "Stand your ground" although making the large shields early game can be be difficult because of the high plank cost.
-Footmen: fantastic unit for offense and some defense, best mid and late game. They are fairly strong but become so much better once you equip them with armor.
Thank you for the suggestion tough.
2- To change what to produce. not all building have multiple thing you can craft.
But for those who can. You click on you blacksmith house. click the (general tab) Then click on whatever you want to produce. If you over on top of the icon, it will tell you what you need to craft it.
Now, just so you know. If you already created an army and they are weapon/armor less.
All the weapon or armor you craft will directly go to equip your army before being stored in your storehouse.
In your storage info bar you will see 0 as equiped item from your army is not part of your storehouse. It will not be counted but will be stored in your villager house instead,
When your army is fully equiped, it will then began to be stored in your storehouse.
3- As for last question, cant answer as I haven't touched that part yet.
