the farm building may still be focused on farming the fields instead of threshing the wheat into grain. you can click on the People tab in each building to see what everyone is doing. for my setup it took about 3 months after harvest to get the bread pipeline going, and another 3 to get it really going (fully staffed communal oven pumping out bread).

Farming seems bugged in general rn. I have enough fields to produce masses of crops but they all just disappear after harvesting.

In the pop ups there's a notification that will say if fields are not harvested in time (etc). I added more farmhouse hands to fix this.

Can you provide more details? Does the farmers harvest wheat and bring it to farm house? Does they convert it to grain? Does millers produce flour from grain? Where exactly is your problem?

You need to be sure your farmhouse is producing grain from wheat. Needs people assigned to the farmhouse.

When harvest comes all farmhands will cut down the product and bundle it somewhere in the middle of the field. Some will carry it by hand to the house or wait for handcarts to put it in the granary. Granary workers have handcarts which makes this process much much faster. It's important to have active granary workers at the time of harvest if your farmhands have multiple plots to farm. Millers will take the grain from storage to mill it as soon as there is any to pick up. same for the oven. Although you can wait for farmhands to finish work and send them to work the mill and ovens later. the wheat won't go bad.

Greetings,
Within the farm settings, look for Threshing priority. Increase it so they make the grain for the mill. I'll set the mill workers to only work when I see there's grain avail. Then stop them and assign them to the oven.
Ps: you need workers on the oven all the time to deliver bread to the market stalls, no workers, no stalls get bread food supplies.

i just seen 5 of my villagers all getting stuck on the sawpit. i removed the sawpit and thought yippee freedom for them but nope. they got stuck right onto the next building. saved my game and reloaded and the issue was gone. it kinda reminds me of cities skylines. all goes well untill the roads are too small for all that traffic.
