The delivery of goods and livestock needs to be corrected. PLEASE, please, make a huge effort on debugging and fixing the game, so we can enjoy it instead of regretting. Thanks!
Edit : Why is there a Trading post when you have a market ? i mean shouldnt ppl. trade on places called "marketplace"
I found that making small markets, say only 3 stalls or 2 will allow near homes to collect their supplies. Then build another small market on the other side of homes, distributes the supplies instead of massing them all in one place. As, you'll end up with 3 or 4 of the same stalls in that large market.
- Keep them small and spaced around the town.
- If a production need a stall the game will tell you they need more space.
Again, small 2 or 3 stall markets only. And keep the firewood makers active, assign a large enough area for them to harvest. (you can select the area to harvest and using the Ctrl and mouse wheel change the size,)
Worked for me.
Check out the below guides, these will help you a lot to survive and thrive! (:

you can also hover over demand in market area to see which houses are not getting firewood. Put market area closer to those.
It is more efficient to have the storehouse and granary workers handle the market stalls rather than the actual woodcutters (or any other profession). However, at least at this point, this cannot be micromanaged (believe me, I've tried, assigning and unassigning families to try force them to do what I want).
But rather than try and work against the way the system is built, use it to your advantage: keep growing your population, build more storehouses and granaries and keep assigning workers to them, so that these secondary storehouses and granaries are filled with families that are not attending market stalls. This will help with goods distribution and allow your woodcutters to focus as much as possible on producing firewood.
Another tip would be to build a storehouse and upgrade it, and limit the goods it can hold to just firewood, and make sure it is staffed and they are the ones at the market stalls.
However, you can shift a single stall to other empty market places. Works very nice for me. Also it helps to create storages just for dedicated goods, like fire wood.
Market is bugged unballanced you can try to destroy the capricious house and rebuild somewhere else
kinda good advice tho i wonder if all market are considered as one and thus meaning that you can "spread" this big single market everywhere to fight the capricious buggy system , because if you need the other market space to be filled it will kinda be problematic per moment.
well what I do is I put a fire wood stall, food stall and clothing stall on each single market I create and it works just fine.
