Retinue Disappeared?

Anyone else have issues with their retinues just disappearing after being disbanded? Not talking about mercs. I have no idea how to get my retinue back after finishing off some bandits.

Same here: After disbanding the retinue, it is no longer displayed in the list of recruitable forces.
Not only that, also the militia if disbanded: I loose all the equipment. It s not going back to stock. Some houses have armor then but no possibiity to get this armor back onto a militia."Equipment missing!" is the message.
Note that neither the retinue nor the militia died.

Could wel be an early-access-issue.

Open Army, click retinue. Then click the paintbrush (customise) and recruit 24 of them. Then upgrade their armour

You cannot click what is not there anymore, though. That is the issue described here.

I've disbanded mine just mine many times, but I always run them back close to the manor. If they were far away, have their models walked back already?

Sometimes they charge position in list of units from 1st or 2nd to the last for whatever reason. Have you checked the whole list of you units or just the ordinary position where you retina was all the time before?
