Horse vs Ox
What's the difference in terms of gameplay?

Oxen are for timber. Horses at this point are for bigger loads of trade, goods.

I think you use horses for region trading when you have two regions, oxes are used in the region they are made for transporting timber.
Donkeys are for interacting regions.

Well, I don't own the game. Just read a recent post at the top of the forum about the rules. It seems to have been taken down again for some reason.
