You will be absolutely fine.

The game runs very smooth for me and I have a 3060 and an older CPU.

I'm on 32:9 screen in 5120x1440, 4070 Ti with DLS and all ultra, reaching 110-120 fps.

Similar setup to you. I've set the game to cap at 120. Zoomed out I hit the cap of 120. Zoomed into my 200 population town i get about a 100 fps. Zoomed into my logging, firewood and forester area (lots of forest there), I get 80 - 90 fps. I have everything set to ultra except shadows, foilage, grass and grass distance to high. I've got dlss enabled at quality setting.

I have a 3060ti so yours should be slightly better. The game is very performant. Before i had the settings i set to high to ultra. I would would sometimes go below 60. Not sure which one of them is the culprit though.

i think only time i have had problem was when i had everything on max and old mate attacked me from about 4 sides and had bit of frame rate drop ( large town. ) by that i mean like 250+ pop. and camera was zoomed out. with 3090 GTX so you should be fine . tested on high end as well works fine currently running on 1080 ti on laptop and runs pretty smooth few hicups. shouldn't have problem at all to be honest .
