Timber Storage
Unless if there's something I am missing, the only place to store timber is in the logging camps. There should be some sort of storage since structures like the Manor require so much in order to build, or increase the general storage of the logging camps.

just build more logging camp, for the time being, they dont need families for ox to bring the logs in there
