I cant see underground water ?
Yesterday i see blue stripes today i cant see nothing ?

The water is under the ground so you wont see it, you need to use the tool panel to dig.

in the difficulty selection at the start you might have selected well placement - unconstrained. it means you can put the well anywhere and doesn't show the normal blue areas

You can select to see it with the tool tip to the right of the screen when you are in building mode.
