How to i resettle a lost village?
It took me a while to understand how trading works in this game (not because its complicated i just didnt see the button on the left) so i had a rather small army when the AI already had all but one parts of the map

Since the last neutral part had unlimited metal i decided to fight the ai and after two fails and a bit of safescumming i was able to beat their (much better) army with the help of mercs and captured the last part of the map for myself

for some reason i cant recruit anymore mercs now and when two big bandit groups of each 50-60 brigardiers came from both sides of the map and threatened to attack my villages i decided to keep my beaten up army in my main city and let my new village be overrun

safe to say all the villagers were either killed or moved out after having to rebuild and suffer through a hard winter.

now im left with an empty village with a 6% approval rate (even tho noone lives there) and cant get anyone to move there or build anything.

Im assuming the game is just too early in early access and there isnt a fix yet but if anyone had the same situation id like to hear your way of handling it

I have the same problem. Bandits killed my settlers and destroyed settlers camp after claiming the region. And I cant resettlement it.

mine even got claimed by another faction and even retaking it didnt allow me to resettle "yet"

i just didnt have enough silver to try to put a camp up as well tho
I have same problem but caused by unburied bodies as i had to defend my settlement from bandits some people got killed and they were not buried because I had no time to build chapel. The approval dropped and people emigrated

APPROVAL CRITICALLY LOW, (Families may start leaving the town.) NOT ENOUGH SUPPLIES. (Make more food and firewood.) It's like yeah. What do you expect me to do to address those issues if the game mechanics are programmed to not make most of the people leave, but all of them. I don't think the Manor Lord developers at Slavic Magic thought of the most basic way to keep a village in a bare minimum function without completely softlocking/deadlocking an entire region/village. (Just leave one person at 0%)
