Can't upgrade plot to lvl 2?

Been building my town just fine but now I can't upgrade any residential buildings to lvl 2? Have done it before but now it just says that the "requirements aren't met" even though I have enough timber? Am I missing something or is it bugged?

It's not just timber you need. Click on your residential building and there is a list of checkmarks that also need to be satisfied, including access to market stalls with certain products and variety.

Yup, everything is ticked though, I have all kinds of market stall available, as well as the other basics, yet I still can't upgrade

Post a screenshot, you definitely don't have all the requirements met.

Post a screenshot, either you are missing something or its a bug. Either way without a screenshot, others are in the dark to help you.

From your screenshot, it looks like you are missing a 2nd type of food or possibly a second food market stall that sells more than one type of food. I'm not exactly clear on which one it is but you definitely need all the little diamonds to be yellow.

Interesting, I have meat, bread and berry production all going so I thought there were multiple food stalls. I've had no trouble upgrading buildings previously so maybe one of the older stalls is abandoned or something.

For reference - I had multiple active food stalls, but 2/3 didn't have enough stock at the time to count as active, looks like food variety level for the market needs to be above 55% in order to count as that second diamond being filled?

They also need to be close enough I think, I have a couple houses further away from the market and they don't have their requirements fullfilled.
