your regional wealth.
When you tax a province it takes a percentage of that regions wealth. Alternatively when you loot a bandit camp and take money for your own treasury.
Top two replies replies are effectively 'Click on one's retinue and...'
Therein lies the problem good Sirs! His and mine retinue are no more! (Dead parrots one might say).
The most recent replies are what to do if said 'click on one's retinue' does not work... (Whislt we still have dead parrots).
Does any of the noblesse out there have a suggestion for what a Lord, without ANY current retinue, might do? Mayhaps?
Must one suffer to never have a retinue again in such circumstance?
I beg thee, good folk. I feel I might yet best the Baron with peasants alone, but it doth vex me so! 'Tis ignoble I tell ye!
Edit: Honour demands I admit I guess. I changed nary more than a single old word or twain.
Verilly, a prayer and previous incartion doth resolve a zero unit retinue. I envisage no other path. :(
I just go to the manor planner and move around the manor and press commit, if that didn't work try moving around the garrison tower or any other building in the manor planner.
Hope this works for you as well :)
Game Wiki says;
Retinue is made up of professional soldiers and is created when constructing the first Manor building.
- Every soldier can individually have its colors customized and its armor upgraded at the cost of 34 if imported or 17 ..*if bought locally from your Treasury.*
- Initially the Retinue has 5 soldiers and each additional soldier must be recruited manually at the cost of 50 Treasury.
- The Retinue can have up to 12 soldiers and the limit is increased by another 12 for each Garrison Tower module in a Manor.
- The overall stats of the retinue may vary slightly due to differing weapon distribution - for example having more polearm wielding retinue will lead to having a higher charge and anti armor value, and not having any, sets anti armor to 0.
This appears that they can Only be bought with the Lords personal Treasury, not the towns money. Requiring the Lord to establish a Tax to gain these monies.
