Threshing priority
The threshing priority for farmers doesn't seem to work. I set it to "high" but after harvesting the farmers are not processing the wheat, instead they plow and plant seeds before doing anything with the harvest. Anyone else experiencing this?

what´s the settings on your farms? Is it also high or highest?

That's how it appears to work currently. They start threshing once they are done with the fields.

But it is my understanding that if the priority of threshing is higher than the field priority, they should start threshing before they plow the field.

I haven't had any luck with changing the priorities on threshing, on the fields, or changing "force early harvest". I'm heading into winter with masses of harvested wheat and a running mill/oven but no grain/bread over here.

I have forced them to make grain by switching the farm to limited work area, set to just the farm and no fields. I assigned a bunch of families and now grain is being produced.

Once they have processed the grain I guess I can just switch the farm's work area back to unlimited.

Maybe this will work for you.

That sounds like a decent workaround. Thanks.
