It took me a minute to realise that Emmer is Wheat. Not sure if its a translation error or something.

Yeah Emmer is an older cultivar of wheat. There are many other kinds like Durum wheat which is used to make pasta.

wheat is a "genus" (a group) of plants not a "species" (one specific type).
emmer is a ancestor of the modern "common wheat" wich came from cross breeding emmer with "barbed goatgrass", iirc.
so wheat is not just wheat^^
could use a hint for people that don't know though.

I agree, it should either be 100% "Emmer" in all UI elements, or it should be "Wheat". Personally, I prefer "Emmer", because it's historically correct.
