(assume 1 is 100%, you change up or down, i.e 0.5 50% and 2 200%)
You could play with 0.1 increments and see if you can find something to your liking.

Before a joykill comes on here about ''muh plague'' it didn't last the entire medieval age plus look at the damn clothes and paintings do they look dark to you?
I might have misunderstood a joke somewhere, but does brightness at 100% make a huge difference from 99%? I only ask because I'm trying to save money haha
I don't wanna mess with .ini files, from fear of corrupting steam-relevant data. I might be wrong of course.
