Hunters and Gatherers doing nothing?
After the first winter, where people started starving. Now past my second spring and into my second summer, my gatherers are doing nothing. Not collecting any of the available Berries, and the Hunters are not hunting any animals. Both of ample supply and are both near Rich Deposits. Not sure why they aren't collecting and gathering.

Much of any given day that's what hunters and gatherers do, a whole bunch of nothing.

it depends on seasons, if nothing is aviable then unlucky... you need to make many different foods aviable, use the houses to produce chickens and goats or vegetables. quite useful.

Unfortunately goats don't produce any food.

you should also check how much is left of that resource. hunting and gathering areas arent infinite and have limited supplies.

Yeah, sitting at 256/256 available. Yet they sit there and do nothing...

Is the pantry of the camp/hut full? Is there a market for them to sell at?

I've had builds bug out where no one does anything when its almost complete, but not an actual manned building.

Also have you tried unassigning them for a bit and then reassign?

Same problem, have 2 families assigned, no work has been done in the past year at this location. Demolished and built another, same issue. Must be a bug. https://imgur.com/a/PaZFiNY

Not sure how but it looks like your hunting limit is set to 50 so they wont hunt.

Not sure how but it looks like your hunting limit is set to 50 so they wont hunt.

I've also go a bug where the hunters don't use the traps to catch animals even though its unlocked, they just sit there doing nothing until the deer pop increases above the set surplus level.

I was thinking I needed to turn the hunting limit up... but I guess it means they stop when the number of animals left goes below that number so you actually need to turn it down? Not sure if that will fix the issue completely though.

This was my solution to the problem. As soon as I made it lower then the count on the source hunting resumed

Has anyone had the issue where the hunters will just walk on the roads to the other side of the region? Im having that happen and I got a limited work area set for their workplace.

Edit: I guess it fixed itself once I assigned another family to it. They just needed to walk 5miles first lol.
