Why is Sao Paulo in Brazil 10PM? Doesn't make sense. More like 10AM.

Yeah, the image that was posted on their twitter has it listed as 10am. The quoted times is a typo.

yeah and countdown on steam page says 2h more thats why im saying 2 pm for Poland, my mistake. I thought when 1pm hit steam will change to 1h, oh well
Regarding the store page, please see my previous comments in this thread that may clear it up. I see this happen often. In a few minutes it will say "releases in approximately 1 hour" but this doesn't mean 1 hour, it means between 1 and 2 hours. Once it's less than 1 hour left, it will change from saying "releases in approximately 1 hour" to "releases in less than 1 hour". It's just how Valve decided to word it on the store page on Steam.

It's so dumb how they do it. Why not just say 1 hour and how many minutes. 1 day and how many hours. So many people are confused by the way it is now.

Yeah it leads to confusion every single time a game releases. They should really make this more clear. Or instead of saying "releases in approximately 1 hour" just say "releases in less than 2 hours" (which I assume people would know this means more than 1 hour and less than 2).

Will the Release be at the same Time on every Store? Or could it have some delays ?

It's well known that the steam count down timer is a bit iffy and not very exact until the very last hour. So when it says unlocks in "1 hour" and you wait an hour, it will start to count down from 60 minutes..

Release is 6am PST, PERIOD that is in 66 minutes regardless of where you are in the world. NO ONE is getting it in 6 minutes.

It's correctly displayed on Steam, what do you mean? Maybe see my previous answer for reference that may clear it up. Depending on whether you are confused with time zones or with how Steam uses the "releases in approximately 2 hours".

When it says "approximately 3 hours" it means between 3 and 4 hours. Like when it later says "releases in approximately 1 hour" it means between 1 and 2 hours. Sometimes this get's people confused. Because once it's less than 1 hour, it will jump from saying "releases in approximately 1 hour" to "releases in less than 1 hour".

Therefore the release time (at least as per store page) is 1pm GMT/UTC or 2pm BST or 3pm CEST or whatever time zone you are in.

EDIT: to the folks saying it's 2pm GMT, did the developer confirm this? Because the store page points at 1pm GMT which is 2pm BST, don't forget that Europe is in summer time now and UK/IE uses BST which is GMT+1 and central Europe uses CEST which is GMT+2.
It currently says on my steam at 13:05 Releases in less than an hour. So I guess 2pm. It previously said at 11 am releases in 2 hours.. now maybe my arithmetic is wrong but 11+2 is not 14.

I'd say it's probably more likely that steam uses EU timescales for UK time. Not British Summer Time. So it's currently 2pm in Germany.. & France.. so release time is apparently 3pm. As stated above by the Dev. Berlin 3pm.

Eu has a CEST now? Wow talk about being awkward.. Used to be +1 now they're +2 hours ahead.. I guess French GMT wasn't good enough for Brussels.
