Therefore the release time (at least as per store page) is 1pm GMT/UTC or 2pm BST or 3pm CEST or whatever time zone you are in.
EDIT: to the folks saying it's 2pm GMT, did the developer confirm this? Because the store page points at 1pm GMT which is 2pm BST, don't forget that Europe is in summer time now and UK/IE uses BST which is GMT+1 and central Europe uses CEST which is GMT+2.

I am saying that, as the publisher, we know when we're publishing our own game :)
(Although to be fair things can happen last minute and we could be late, but the point is we've stated publicly when we *intend* to launch the game, barring any unforeseen circumstances.
