Well run the check on the file, see what it see's.
- Most cases it's a false positive, as there is an exe program, and it's not sure what to do.
- Or the AVG has not been updated to have current knowledge of that file.
- Any new program sometimes gets this reaction, not enough time passed since the release for an update.
If you trust the program and download site then allow it through.
Could do a google and check if that anti virus program is picking up an actual "addition" to the download. Or .exe is just too new.
1/71 security vendor and no sandboxes flagged this file as malicious
Bkav Pro - W64.AIDetectMalware - Acronis (Static ML)
So, clearly a false positive by 1 out of 71 vendors.
After the crash, verify the files, it says one needs to be re-downloaded. Trying to do this then led to Steam Disk Error.
Restart computer and the download should work (25mb) when completed then go to Avast Menu > Settings > Exceptions > Add Exception > Browse> Steamapps/common/Manor Lords/ManorLords/Binaries/Win64. Select ManorLords-Win64-Shipping.exe (Make sure you exempt this file and not the dll file like my dumb ass did.)
And you should be golden!
My thanks to those who set me in the right direction.
