Why is my dyer opening a berry food stall???

I am able to stop most everything from opening stalls but this one frustrated me because shouldn't he be USING those berries?

Dyer should make dyes from the herb garden. Then berries are only a food source. That would also give you a reason to keep the gathering hut employed. Have to see what the Dev does.
