You can do this. There is the Packing Station wich will exchange things. The Trade Post can trade between regions for regional wealth.
I think for the Trade Post to work you need to opt into the beta branch.

exchange when you have a tini village this is too hard to strat you need restart all you have make befor in a previous village

Dude did you read what i wrote? You can trade with the Trade Station if you have the patch! For Money. Build a Tradepost in both regions uncheck the box "Allow foriegn trade" set the good you want to export in one region and in the other import it.
