This may also be something you are interested in but again no combat more of a society/city builder.
Settlement Survival: It is a city builder inspired by Banished. It is basically an upgraded version of Banished. It offers much more vanilla content, but its community is not as comparable to Banished's.
Farthest Frontier: It is another city builder inspired by Banished. It is the only one on this list that has combat. However, the combat system is very simple and not comparable to Manor Lord's. It has nice graphics, but it is still in early access and lacks late game content and mod support.
Foundation: It is a non-grid based city builder that is much more casual compared to the other three. It emphasizes design and building rather than management.
