How to get more workers?

I have 15 people in my village but only 5 of them are working.
How can i get more working people?

Seems like when you build more homes they start filling up. Not sure of the mechanic yet, whether its migrants or just people being born.

Yes, you need more housing. Otherwise those 5 working families are not 5 people. 15 is the number of individuals. ;)

I’ve also noticed putting idle on for certain work stations will allow Females, and Children to work as well (should be on the right by the assigning for each station). You can’t assign them like the Men, but yes more houses work too. Also I tried fast forwarding ahead a few years, and I’m not sure if it was a homeless person or not, but I swear one of the kids grew up, because I have two men in one house now. Don’t know if that’s available in this current build.
