Bugs? Trouble Getting Started

I just started but am having trouble. 1) Took out loan to buy a company, but the money doesn't show up. It still says I have a loan though. 2) Can't start company without money, even though I got a 20k loan. 3) Can't skill up, nothing happens when I try to buy a course. Not sure if it's a bug, or I'm doing it wrong. Thanks....
