Err, yeah, definitely heard of libraries...I'm a librarian! Libraries still pay for the books they hold, and authors get residuals every time someone borrows that book.

The OP was deliberately trying to abuse Steam's refund policy to get something for free, then moaned about it - on Steam - that he wasn't able to do it.

Library's sell you books but you get a refund when you bring it back. Because so many people did this in a library they started cutting out the middle man, ie they said you didnt have to pay as long as you bring it back.
That's what i wanted to do here. Steam miss leads me because despite it saying Library at the top it doesnt actually work like a library should.

Honestly, reading and refunding is unfair. I mean, you enjoyed the content, right? Otherwise you could have stopped after 10 min. So, be fair and pay for what you consumed. People spend time and resources to bring you this.

Yes I enjoyed the content very much but I don't want to provide the creator with money but he is forcing me too which is just plain unfair
