Pretty simple question really, tryna buy ♥♥♥♥. store is giving perpetual purchase failed error.

is this a current issue or is something ♥♥♥♥♥♥?

Were you trying to buy Aquilas or Cosmetics? I got the error recently when trying to buy Aquilas directly via credit card. It worked when I first put money into my Steam wallet and then payed the Aquilas from the wallet.
