You don't.
Not until the mobs stack up and the situation becomes 1v1 with the mob; only then, can you see if they can keep their cool and keep moving. Hate to say it, but Darktide isn't alone when it comes to this characteristic.
Really, the above mentality of pre-judging is foolish; sure, if they aren't a high level I don't expect much, but they can surprise me. Always be on your guard and assume the worst.
EDIT:
Also, play your best regardless; everyone deserves for their time to not be wasted. Don't be the reason they wasted theirs.
Rush ahead to expedite their own deaths, many such cases
The real pros are typically the ones who run around with no title, because they're too busy murdering heretics and fighting for the future of the Imperium to care about such nonsensical things.
Now all elderly women in an 5 kilometres square area around my expect me to take their hands and help them walking across the street
I still got it!
Not going down for 10 rounds on malice is not impressive and much like ASS and Havoc Forged it's an achievment that speaks very little, especially since most of my deaths are to being thrown off of ledges or teammates' unfortunate barrel triggers lately.
Dying in Damnation means your team likes to blow up barrels when you are standing next to them when they aren't too busy popping their inviso ult to stare at the floor as they run to the end of the map. Death is as readily available in Sedition depending on RNG and teamwork or lack thereof. Something a rando in Damnation only knows how make worse much of the time as they ignore every horde from behind that their speedrun zealot need not notice. Fail to avoid one net that flys through a wall and death will come, eventually, as your team of elite strangers picks their collective noses.
Maybe you are confusing those titles with the hordes of True Solo players who are still waiting for their desired game mode to be added.
