Any Prince of Persia 3d fans?

I was playing this and had a lot of fun, I think the PC port is very good, I saw 3d also has one not on steam, I was thinking of buying it on Ebay or Amazon, anyone know if it works ok? I'm using Windows 10

You need a no CD crack for Prince of Persia 3D to work on Windows 10 because the Safe disk DRM it has is no longer supported. This link should provide the means to launch the game once you have the disk.

I recommend getting the disk first before getting the crack as it's more easily found right now than the original 2D games. Hell, get the 2D games while you're on the site.

Prince of Persia 1 and 2 are basically Tomb Raider 1 and 2 in 2D. Prince of Persia 3D is a Prince of Persia themed ripoff of Tomb Raider the Last Revelation in terms of gameplay.

The storyline to all of the original trilogy is basically a 1001 nights themed version of Super Mario Bros. The cliffhanger ending to the second one was meant to be resolved in a sequel following Prince of Persia 3D but after that game flopped, Jordan Mechner never got a chance to make it.

He likely still won't considering Ubisoft's behevior with POP these days and in general.

Blast from the past but I wish we'd get the original Prince of Persia + 3D + XBLA remaster on Steam. I still have the original CDs but my new gaming rig doesn't even have a physical media reader :( Plus I need it on Steam for the convenience factor.

Same here. I want all those on Steam as well as XBLA style remakes of Shadow & the Flame & POP 3D too to go with the originals. (not the ios POP 2 remake as with the exception of the music and writing that game sucks)

I tried playing it but it was very buggy. One time level geometry didn't load properly while prince was swimming and that would cause him to fall and die.

That game felt really like an unfinished game unfortunately.
