Even if Denuvo doesn't affect performance as they claim (it does) - the anticheat has such a bad reputation that it's deterring any potential players. That's why PvP is dead and that's why nobody can play co-op through matchmaking, because NOBODY thinks this game is worth compromising their PC with Denuvo.
Easy-Anticheat. There's your solution, it's more expensive than Denuvo but it will stop wrecking the potential community you may have in the future, and the entire game in general. It's genuinely the only way of reviving this game.

I dont think you have replied to that comment there. Anyways, bad reputation from rumors does not justify changing the anti cheat. Sure players dont want to get in pvp due to the anti cheat and we would have removed it if it was unsafe for them but its not and the reason for not wanting it is just hate towards that product.
We have tried several anti cheat, they all have very similar techniques for that level of protection whether you like it or not, easy anti cheat is no different. As for easy anti cheat or other anti cheats, we are unable to use those anti cheats as those are not compatible with our third party server (Photon).
