How do you end a mission???

Am co-op playing with a friend and in first place there are lots of bugs. (he sees hostages that I dont see and vice versa)

we found the hostage, brougt it outside and it just fell on his knees, and thats it. where do you have to bring it???

And: what do you have to do, to end the mission?

You can check the objectives by pressing "TAB" after completing all the objectives an extraction site icon will pop up. The mission ends when everyone reaches the extraction site.
