AI needs more work.
A couple of issues that need addressing:
-The AI team is a little better at not trapping you in small rooms and hallways, but it's still quite bad.
-AI team comes up behind you and pushes you out of cover.
-They also walk infront of you causing your weapon to be raised or lowered. This can be very frustrating when you're trying to shoot someone, but end up shooting the floor instead.
-The AI team needs more independence when it comes to taking up positions in rooms and hallways.
-Once shooting starts trained enemy AI needs to react in a more organized way, setting up ambushes, counter-attacks, taking up defensive positions, etc., instead of just standing in a room waiting to get shot.

I could probably list a few more things, but this is all I can think of right now. Feel free to contribute.

Can you give instructions to individual ai or just the team?

I agree on these issues, although I think the friendly AI's major problem is the pathfinding. It gets sometimes stuck in some areas, always in the same places if you launch a mission several times. The allies are sometimes unable to follow the player, letting him alone.
When not having this pathfinding issues, they are quiet competent to survive.

It also seems the order to go to a position doesn't work, or the reaction time is so slow it seems it doesn't work. The order UI is quiet unstable, regularly some orders are missing.

When the friendly AIs are stuck somewhere, when I order to breach and clear, the door magically opens but none of the AIs comes.
