Bad optimization

Is it just for me or is this game really badly optimized and lags a lot? Even more recent games that demand a better PC run fine here.

Honestly, I have the same issue. But hey, my PC is a laptop from 2019 lol.

Same issue, Paradise City map for example constantly has fps drops. My PC exceeds the recommended requirements. Although it is true that they have improved the optimization, I hope they continue working on it.

I've nearly crashed on Paradise City for the same reasons despite going beyond requirements (and I have good cooling for my pc + throttlestop). I have a feeling it's also the AI. They tend to make me lag when they show up coincidentally???
