You need an internet connection to play offline?
Just bought this game for the cheap. Which btw pretty good game. Only have a few problems with it so far. One of those problems is I noticed you need the internet to play in a solo lobby. Why is that? Seems like hosting a server for just one player to go around, and kill AI would cost a bit of money. Why am I unable to play offline by myself? Why have you made it this way? Is it some how better than the alternative? What would make it better? I was upset that insurgency doesn't have a real custom match menu, and then bought this game because of that, but you can't play this game offline? Unbelievable.

yep..unfortunately, that's why i uninstalled this game, i have unstable connection so i only can go online for like..5 hours a day, i think they *said that they will adress this problem long time ago, but still nothing is happening.

i suggest you try "ground branch" or "ready or not" for now, or wait untill they fix this "always online" problem, tho don't count on it..try go for a refund in the meantime..

Avoid Ready or Not. Terrible company that has been using "You can't give us feedback because we're in EA" for the past 6 years as an excuse for all of the terrible design decisions they've made. It's not worth it, even REMOTELY at the moment.

If you want something with some actual SWAT energy, grab SWAT4 on GoG, and get the patch that allows voice control so you can just verbally speak to your AI partners to get them to do stuff.

It's still lightyears ahead of games like RoN.

Was thinking about that. Seems like it's still a good game even with the outdated visuals. I'm not really looking for games specifically like swat, but realistic tac shooters. Swat does look good, but the graphics are pretty outdated. I'll probably just buy it anyways, because the gameplay looks good, but won't really itch the realism part for me.
