Anybody know where I can find the document?

Me and my friend tried the CO-OP RESIDENTIAL HOUSE and went perfect with no penalties but couldn't find the document. I was searching just up until now that we got bored and went to play something else.

It's randomly placed on the map, but in my experience it's always on a surface of some kind (table, countertop, etc.). It can be a little annoying, but you just have to be more organized in your search.

Work top to bottom, sweep each room on each floor. It's there. I've had to sweep the building twice since I missed it the first time.
