game doesn't load.

Hello, I got this game recently, and i wanted to play it after over a hour of downloading, i went to boot up the game, and once it was on 100 percent loading, the game just crashed. I want to play., but it won't load. I don't wanna mess with files either, so please help.

Do you have any third party USB devices plugged in? other then keyboard and mouse. Removing those should fix the issue.

I've been looking into buying this game as it reminds me of SWAT 4 and the first Rainbow Six games, but I'm a bit confused by this... does the game really crash if we have more than just the mouse and keyboard connected to our PC? And if so, will it be fixed? Because I have several other USB devices connected and don't really want to keep plugging them in and out to play this game :\

Not always, but some of the USB devices are not compatible with the controller system we use.

I've just bought the game and facing a crash for the first time??? That is not good, I have a foot pedal switch (used for leaning, simulating q and e keys) and the game crashes during startup if it's plugged in. Please fix this weird issue as I think more people would like to use such devices in the future.

BTW: if other games can solve this (CS:GO, Siege, Ground Branch, Arma3), I think it shouldn't be as hard to fix this issue for the developers. And probably it won't make those kind of players (who are using other devices as well) go away instantly like me.

I got shot (IRL) and thus don't have function in my left hand so use foot pedals for a lot of things in games...any thoughts from the devs on this eventually being fixed?
