BAD MOVEMENT
I was a Rainbow Six Player and we cant compare this game with R6 but plz the movement in this game is really bad. Its not realistic. Why we can't walk and move faster and like in real life to have a free feeling to walk and run. I feel like that I am a Rock Robot in this game. Anyway I also have to speak compliment out. The Idea of this game is great.

You can adjust your walking speed with the scroll wheel on your mouse. I think you move pretty quickly at full speed. You can also sprint for limited amounts of time, which is more realistic, considering the amount of equipment being carried. The pace of this game is intended to be slower and more tactical, which means slower movement.

Where the movement is thought out the scroll feels.. Not needed IMO. I only use full speed or crouched for silent movement as you are more silent and faster while crouching.

Feel like walking just needs full speed and walk.

However the stamina is meant to focus on small rotations unlike R6 where you can rotate the entire map. Though I think shooting taking stamina, and the lack of sprint prioritization, needs help.

I like the system as it is and tbh think it's one of the most realistic systems in a game i've seen. trying to compare it to a arcade shoot em up game like siege makes no sense.

Movement feels very clunky yes, though it's normal in these realistic type of games I don't personally understand why.
Insurgency 2 is the only game without this issue honestly.

As a real SWAT operator, I can tell you, there is really no running, just a fast walk and our movement regardless is very clunky.

Because the fast walking speed in the game is about as fast as people are going to be moving in a CQB situation. Move much faster and you're not going to have a stable firing stance.

Because people don't run around in these situations? I don't remember the last time I saw a HRT sprinting into an area while pre firing corners. The movements fits the play style. Also, I don't get why you're talking about R6, the game is not a tactical shooter so it's irrelevant.

He's not talking about Siege, he's talking about the original Rainbow Six games that are tactical shooters. Also, HRT can be very fast depending on the context if you actually spend time watching their training scenarios. Chris is right, there's no sprinting in real life in CQC environments, and it is clunky with all that gear and weaponry in tight surroundings. However; the movement is still unrealistically slow, and should be increased in small measures, not much, but small. I'm pretty sure OP doesn't ask for some stupid Call of Duty speed, he's talking about speed that is possibly to achieve by any person that has practiced firearms on the move for one hour or less, aka being a normal human being with arms and legs.
