Ending Patreon Support

Hello supporters of Dragon Drop.

We have made the decision to shut down the Dragon Drop Patreon page. We are grateful for all of your support over the past year.

We tried very hard to create a community-based mapmaker that could reflect and integrate the needs of the tabletop community, but we have been unable to gain enough traction for Dragon Drop to stand on its own two feet. We are a small studio, and Dragon Drop began as a passion project that we funded internally for the majority of development. The heart of our mission was to bring a mapmaker to the community that was accessible for all, regardless of income.

Your support was invaluable throughout this process, and we thank you for it. We are looking at different options for what the future of Dragon Drop will look like, and we will update our Steam page, website and Discord channel with news on that future.

constant crashing

Hi guys, I really like what I'm seeing in the previews, but sadly I'm not getting very far in being able to do anything yet. the first two times I started it, I get to the screen that says click anywhere to continue. I click. it starts loading and it crashes after this every time I get to the menu, but when I click to get to the editor it goes to loading... and crashes :(. this is the error I see in windows event viewer. hope it helps. Faulting application name: Dragon Drop.exe, version: 2019.4.14.143...

Bug Reports/General Issues

Are any buildings/items included in base game?

I went to create a map but all I saw was Biomes to add, no buildings etc. Am I missing something? If all are to be imported from elsewhere does anyone have a good source for such files?
