So we are looking into the following (And may have something available as early as this week):

1. If you bought GalCiv IV on Epic and want to get Supernova on Steam, we are looking at a way to enter in your info at GalCiv4.com and providing a Supernova only pricing to get it on Steam.

2. If you already bought GalCiv IV: Supernova on Epic, you would enter your details on GalCiv4.com and you would get a Steam key (free).

3. If you bought GalCiv IV: Supernova on Steam and want to transfer to Epic, that is something we might be able to do as well.

*Personally* speaking, back when Stardock had Impulse, we tried to implement "universal" keys into what we called Impulse::Reactor (Some of you may recall this). This was intended to try to make the stores more competitive with each other but obviously after GameStop bought Impulse they didn't pursue that.

Thank you for trying. I bought Gal Civ 4 the day is was available, I believe I also had the beta on Epic. Anyway, I was only able to log on to Gal Civ 4 once, and I could never get it to run again. Because I delayed a few days, Epic would not help me.., yeah, crazy. I am glad though because I NEVER bought another game on Epic.

I would like to do this but after following the link there really isn't anywhere that you can 'enter your details for a free steam key' it would be helpful if you provided a link to that specific location because I've looked through the site and can't find it anywhere.

That's a good question. I'm not sure what the best route would be then. What do you think would be a fair policy, especially considering these are the absolutely most loyal fans we're talking about.

Long time player - since the original OS/2 version, which I still have the box and floppies - however I fell out of love after GalCiv II. Bought IV on Epic but found it missing the spark of its predecessors, and not giving me that 'one more turn' feeling.

I had put that down to a case of not my jam anymore, but Supernova has me intrigued once more.

If you can make the above happen, I'll definitely give it another go.

Why do i have to pay 20$ (17,99 Euro), if you adverse a charge of 15.99$

Take it there's no way to make it so that I can get the $15.99 upgrade price on the Steam client? (as the only way I can purchase PC games atm is through Steam; long story)

If you are in a different country, the cart takes into account the currency exchange rates as well as any local tax \ VAT - I suspect that is why you are seeing price differences.
