you can do this with Vsync 60Hz or just set a framerate limit at 60fps.
was expecting a lot more because you guys called this an "issue".
im sure this is exactly how it has to look, nothing "crazy" about it.
one could argue that it looks a little exagerated but i am sure it is just ment to show off the (very well done AND AWESOME for this time) dynamic shadow effects from the game.
nothing out of the ordinary here, you can see the same on the PS2 and Xbox version.

btw, this is not happening on every light in the game, just some ones hanging on a cable.
