Blurry screen at start of Mission

At times when the next mission starts the image will blurr as if a flash bang grenade has gone off and will stay that way until I restart the mission again. This phenomena has just started and I have been playing and replaying the game missions on both normal and hard modes. Running Windows 10

never got that, no idea what causes it.
I am running the game on W10 as well, no problems for far.

Thanks.The problem seems to have gone away. Very strange anomaly to say the least.
Display adapters and graphics card all checked with no issues.. Maybe Sam was a bit drunk during those missions.
