Splinter Cell Essentials Download?

I've been wanting to play through as much of the series as possible and from what I've heard and researched the next game would be Essentials or Double agent but Essentials is supposedly a PSP exclusive, so I'm wondering if there is anyway to play it on PC, besides emulation. If possible any guidance would be appreciated.
