I agree in that I want all my games in the same place, so would rather pay for the Steam version too.

BUT, I've recently discovered that Ubisoft Connect isn't "useless". It's the only place you can buy and play a proper, working version of Rainbow Six 1 for Win 10. So, I love it for that.

I don't boot up Ubisoft unless I have to and do get the Steam version even if its a little more expensive, but newer games are exclusive to their launcher and they give away a classic game every now and again.

It's not ideal but it doesn't hurt to claim these like with Epic Games in case it becomes worthwhile down the road.

All far cry games except far cry 1 and 2 u need to boot up uplay so there is no point of buying on steam unless you want to try a game and refund it like the horrible BF2042 I have Fc 3,4,5 Primal on steam and i was better off buying it on u play because it goes through uplay anyways now i need 2 programs open that is dumb.
