I bought Steam's PC version of SCCT beginning 2019 after my OG X died in 2018 and SC1 in beginning 2020.
I was able to get most of the OG X controller functions to work on SCCT but not multi sticky cam use, (only used at end of Bathhouse).
I couldn't get the controller to work at all with SC1 but was able to maneuver well enough after much practice.
If you've only played the PC versions then the above isn't an issue for you.
As for SCDA, I'd browse through the forum before laying down my money, players seem to be having many issues with it. There're probably a number of reasons, video card, conflicts with other programs running on their pile and or messing with the game files and or adding mods to the game.
Know that there're widescreen fixes for both on the web and Steam's SCCT comes with Shader Model 3.0 included.
If you've only played the OG X SC games I'd suggest buying SCCT 1st as a stand alone. The SC games come up on sale many times a year, if you do well with SCCT, ( with keyboard/mouse or the Xbox 1 win 10 controller) then the next time SC1 or SCDA come up on sale buy SC1 or both
