Night vision, thermal and emf vision not working

I don't know why, but when i go to turn on my night vision or any other vision mode on it just apears white, (Night vision) or black (Thermal and emf) Does anyone know a fix for this? (If it's important i have a gtx 1060)

I had the same problem. If you hit escape to pause the game. Then minimize the game with alt+tab, then pull the game back up it works for me. I have to do it everytime I start the game or start a new level.

if memory serves its the shader model, turn it down to 1.0.

when it happens to me i change the resolutions. Lucky for me there are 2 resolutions that are ok with my monitor. Whenever this happens i just switch to the other one

Try running the game in Windows compatibility modes for Windows Vista. It seems its the better one to fix this particular issue with SCCT.
