Can't load savegame

I lost my saves for the singleplayer campaign so i downloaded a savegame. The save is supposed to go in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Ubisoft\Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Chaos Theory\Profiles

But it wont load or show ingame.

Could there be another location that i dont know of?

Anyone know?

At least on Windows 7 and 10 the location for saves is "C:\ProgramData\Ubisoft\Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Chaos Theory"

Also, when i create a new profile in the game, i dont see the new profile in the appdata/ubisoft..... folder.

Did you check where I told you it might be? It's also worth mentioning that ProgramData is a hidden folder so you might not see it but it's definitely there.

The \Ubisoft\Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Chaos Theory exists in appdata but theres nothing in it.

there's only a Running.ini file present once the game is running

My problem is that I copied my old saves into this folder. In the folder is also one new save file from today, but ingame only the new one is visible. I want to continiue my old saves.
