Hi Josh!
As far as I know, in this game there is no way to run CLI.
I run this command as follows:
1. find the directory where the splintercell3.exe file is located
2. create a command file *.bat in this directory with the following contents:
@SplinterCell3.exe 00_Training_COOP
3. Run it and enjoy.
Also in this directory is the Timedemo.bat file. With it, you can test the performance of your computer in this game. After passing the demo, a TimeDemoResult.xls file will be generated.
You can learn about creating such a demo from Readme.txt
I came across a youtube link that showed a video of a user showcasing a mod. In the mod, he switched the map's names in the data folder, which allowed him to choose a single player level to play a co-op level. It looks like the proper level, as it has dialogue and such, but the only thing that was messed up was the emails. Not sure if that has any adverse effects. Anyways, thanks for explaining that!
