Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell

Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell

Should I Play Them in Order?
Or can I skip ahead? I've never played any Splinter Cell game before. I figure it is important to the plot to go in order and start at the beginning. Is it?

I would recommend it, sadly they left Pandora Tomorrow off steam so there's one title missing from the series.

You actually don't have to play them in order, each game is pretty much a separate story. The only major continuity is from Double Agent to Conviction. Sadly, my favourite installment is missing - Pandora Tomorrow. Does anyone know why and whether it's coming sometime? Hitman: Contracts was oddly late to the party but it did make it in the end.

Hitman Contracts made it?! Last I checked, it wasn't on Steam! It is now though?!?! Holy crap, I'm checking this out RIGHT NOW!

WOW! It's actually THERE! Well if they've added Contracts, then anything is possible! Maybe they will have Pandora Tomorrow on Steam eventually!

Pandora Tomorrow is one of my two big wishes to hopefully make it to Steam some day. The other is for The Movies to return - it was on Steam before and it got taken off. I didn't even know it was available before they removed it.
The games' stories don't really start connecting until Double Agent, Conviction, and Blacklist.

I think it would be a good idea.

What should the order be for -
1. Rainbow Six Vegas
2. Rainbow Six Vegas 2
3. Splinter Cell
4 Splinter Cell Chaos Theory
5. Splinter Cell Double Agent
